Speech Therapy Telepractice

Hi Everyone,

Our team just got back from the B.C First Nations School Association Annual General Meeting in Vancouver. It was put on by the First Nations Steering Committee. It was a great experience and it was encouraging to see how much importance and value is placed in education and culture.

The remote nature of many of the communities makes speech therapy services incredibly difficult to attain. In certain communities, SLPs have to take a plane, then a ferry, then another small boat ride to get to the location! As you can imagine, therapy doesn't happen very often in these communities.

If a school district in your area needs Speech-Language Pathologists, please let me know by email as we at TinyEYE can help!
