Skype Interview Tips

A virtual interview is common these days.  It saves on travel and expenses for everyone involved.  It does not reduce the level of professionalism of the meeting or the importance of the job you are interviewing for.  Treat your Skype Interview as you would an in-person interview.

 PREPARATION:

  1. Make sure your profile picture is tasteful - if technology has issues that day and you lose video, this picture will represent you through the remaining time.

Online Occupational Therapy:
What It Is and
 What It Is Not

Have you ever imagined how amazing you could be if only...?  For instance, if only you had a certain tool, extra time, more support, or a magic wand...then you could really make a difference.

The real magic wand here is called access.  Access is our connection between a wish and amazing.  Whether you are a professional or a student, having access to tools and support can be life changing.

At TinyEYE, our online occupational therapists and online speech-language pathologists give our schools consistent access to outstanding therapy services for educators, caregivers, and students.  When you recognize the benefit that our presence has brought to schools, imagine the tragedy that our absence would have on student outcomes. Top Five Priorities for Online Therapy Excellence
PRIORITY 2: THERAPISTS OF DISTINCTION

Hi Everyone,

Our purpose is to grow smiles, mend spirits, and engage children in their lives.

We grow smiles so that our children feel safe and joyful in their learning.  We mend spirits so children rediscover how capable they are and that all the rewards of being a curious, relentless learner are theirs to have.  We engage children in their lives so that our investment in them matters in a meaningful way.  Our therapists' legacy radiates as each student grows into an active, confident contributor to his or her life.

Influencing Excellence with Therapists of Distinction

Our therapy team provides online occupational therapy and online speech therapy services to schools.  In our previous posts, we outlined these priorities:

Our next priority is our therapists.  We have created the most evolved, comprehensive online therapy service platform for our schools because we believe children deserve equal access to quality therapy services that improve their lives.  The technology cannot achieve student outcomes or drive our purpose...but an outstanding therapist can.  If you are exploring how to achieve excellence in therapy services, what should you build?
